Global eVisa Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 21/08/2026
Last Updated: 21/08/2026
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Global eVisa Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) operated by The One Digi Corp, trading as Global eVisa (“Global eVisa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any applicable policies, guidelines, and program rules published by Global eVisa from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
-
Be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
-
Provide accurate and complete registration and payment information.
-
Operate a website, social media account, content platform, advertising channel, email list, or other promotional channel that complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
-
Have the legal right to promote Global eVisa services in the jurisdictions where you operate.
-
Not be subject to any applicable sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions that would prevent you from participating in the Affiliate Program.
Global eVisa reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Affiliate account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You must notify Global eVisa promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if any information associated with your account changes.
You may maintain only one Affiliate account unless Global eVisa provides written approval for additional accounts.
Affiliate Links and Tracking
After approval, Global eVisa may provide you with unique affiliate links, tracking codes, promotional materials, or other marketing resources (“Affiliate Materials”).
You may use Affiliate Materials solely for the purpose of promoting Global eVisa and generating legitimate referrals.
Commission eligibility is determined using Global eVisa's tracking system. Global eVisa is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including browser restrictions, deleted cookies, ad blockers, technical failures, incorrect use of Affiliate Links, or other tracking limitations.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the applicable attribution period is 30 days from the user's initial qualifying click.
Global eVisa's tracking records will be considered the final authority for determining qualifying referrals and commissions, except in cases of manifest error.
Commission
Affiliates may earn a commission for qualifying transactions generated through their approved Affiliate Links (“Qualifying Transactions”).
The applicable commission rate, commission structure, and any applicable promotional terms will be communicated through the Affiliate Program dashboard, affiliate agreement, or other official communication from Global eVisa.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
A commission is earned only after the customer has completed a qualifying purchase and the transaction has been successfully processed.
-
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for commission.
-
Global eVisa may delay payment of commissions for a reasonable verification period.
-
Commissions may be adjusted or reversed where a transaction subsequently becomes ineligible.
Global eVisa does not guarantee any minimum level of traffic, conversions, revenue, or commission.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
If a transaction associated with an Affiliate referral is refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible, Global eVisa may:
-
Withhold the related commission;
-
Reverse a previously credited commission; or
-
Deduct the amount from future commission payments.
If the Affiliate's account has insufficient future commissions to cover an amount owed to Global eVisa, Global eVisa may require repayment of the outstanding balance.
Payment
Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and minimum payout threshold specified in the Affiliate Program dashboard or applicable affiliate agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, Global eVisa may require a minimum accumulated balance of USD 10 before issuing payment.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any bank fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion costs, or other charges associated with receiving commissions.
Global eVisa may withhold or delay payment where required to comply with applicable laws, fraud-prevention procedures, tax requirements, or account verification procedures.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges applicable to commissions you receive through the Affiliate Program.
Global eVisa may request tax forms, identification documents, or other information required by applicable law before making payments.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between you and Global eVisa.

You may not create, modify, or represent any offer as an official Global eVisa promotion without written authorization.
Expired or unauthorized promotional codes must not be promoted.
Use of Global eVisa Trademarks
Global eVisa may grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved Global eVisa trademarks, logos, images, text, and other Affiliate Materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
