90-Day Application Window

You must apply within 90 days before your intended entry date. Applying more than 90 days in advance is not accepted by the Albanian system.

Required at Entry AND Exit

Unlike most countries, Albania requires your eVisa to be presented at both entry and departure. Ensure your visa is valid for the full duration of your stay.

Apply from Outside Albania

You must be outside Albanian territory when submitting your eVisa application. Applications submitted from within Albania will not be processed.

Bank Payment — 15-Day Deadline

After Phase 1 approval, government fees must be paid via manual bank transfer with a red-stamp bank receipt within 15 days. Failure to complete payment cancels the application.

Not Extendable Inside Albania

Type C short-stay eVisas are generally non-extendable. You must exit before your visa expires. For stays over 90 days, a Type D long-stay visa must be applied for separately.

Each Person Needs Their Own Visa

Every traveler — including children — must have a separate eVisa. Family members can be added via the "add applicant" feature during the primary application.
