Global eVisa is a platform providing online services relating to the receipt of information, assistance in preparing, reviewing and processing electronic visa (eVisa) applications or other related support services as requested by the User.
Due to the nature of the services, which are provided entirely or primarily in electronic form, “delivery” under these Terms means Global eVisa’s provision of service results, documents, notices or information relating to an application to the User through electronic means.
Methods of Service Provision and Delivery of Service Results

Sending information, confirmations or electronic documents to the email address registered by the User;

Providing notices or results through the User’s account on the Global eVisa website;
-
Providing an electronic link for the User to access or download documents or service results;
-
Other electronic methods notified by Global eVisa at the time the User places the order.
For services relating to the issuance of an eVisa or a visa decision by a competent authority, Global eVisa is not the visa-issuing authority and has no authority to decide whether an application is approved or refused.
Service Providers and Relevant Third Parties
Depending on the type of service, Global eVisa may coordinate with or use the services of partners, technology providers, payment service providers, application support providers or other third parties to perform the services.
Where service results are provided by or depend on a consular authority, immigration authority, government authority or other competent third party, the timing and method of delivery of the results may depend on such parties.
Estimated Processing Time
The processing time displayed on the Website or notified to the User at the time of ordering is an estimated processing time, unless Global eVisa confirms in writing that a specific timeframe is a committed timeframe.
Processing times may be affected by:
-
The User providing incomplete, inaccurate or invalid information or documents;
-
Requests for additional information or verification;
-
Processing times of competent authorities;
-
Public holidays, holidays or periods during which competent authorities suspend receipt of applications;
-
Technical or system issues or events beyond Global eVisa’s reasonable control.
Global eVisa shall use reasonable efforts to process services within the estimated timeframe and shall notify the User if significant delays arise that Global eVisa knows of or can reasonably anticipate.
Geographical Limitations
The scope of services depends on the type of eVisa, destination country, nationality of the visa applicant and conditions imposed by the competent authorities of the destination country.
Global eVisa has the right to refuse to accept or provide a service if the User does not satisfy the service eligibility requirements or if the service is not available for the relevant country, territory, nationality or application type.
The User is responsible for checking and providing accurate information regarding nationality, passport, destination country and other relevant information before placing an order.
Provision of Information During Processing
Global eVisa shall provide the User with necessary information regarding the status of application processing to the extent that such information is available to Global eVisa from its systems or relevant parties.
Information may be provided by email, through the website account, messaging or other communication methods used by Global eVisa.
The User is responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and contact information and regularly checking notifications relating to the service.
Checking Information and Documents
As the services are performed electronically, the User is responsible for carefully checking all personal information, passport information, date of birth, nationality, travel information and documents provided before confirming and paying for the service.
Global eVisa may check the completeness or formal suitability of the information but shall not be responsible for verifying, on behalf of the User, the accuracy of information provided by the User.

As Global eVisa’s services are electronic services performed at the specific request of each User, service changes, cancellations and refunds shall be subject to the conditions below and the specific policy displayed at the time the service is ordered.
Conditions for Service Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
The User may request a change, cancellation or refund to the extent permitted for the type of service ordered.

The cancellation request is submitted before Global eVisa begins performing the service;
-
Global eVisa is unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to Global eVisa;
-
Global eVisa notifies the User that the service cannot be performed;
-
Other cases in which Global eVisa confirms that the User is eligible for a refund under the applicable service policy.
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, fees incurred by third parties, competent authorities, application processing fees or other non-refundable fees may not be refunded.

Request Deadline
Unless otherwise provided on the service page, the User should submit a request for a service change, cancellation or refund within 03 days from the date on which the event giving rise to the request occurs.

Global eVisa shall receive, review and respond to the request within a reasonable period, normally no more than 03 business days from receipt of all necessary information, except where further verification with a third party or competent authority is required.
Refund Method
If a refund request is approved, Global eVisa shall issue the refund through the original payment method or another method agreed upon by the parties.
The actual time for funds to be credited to the User’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment service provider or payment method used.
Refund Costs
Where the User requests a refund due to a change in personal circumstances or for reasons not attributable to Global eVisa, incurred processing fees and non-refundable third-party fees may be deducted before the refund is issued.

If the User is eligible for a refund after termination of the service, Global eVisa shall refund the corresponding amount in accordance with the Service Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy under Article 9 of these Terms.
The refund amount may be determined as follows:
Amount Paid – Service Fees for Services Performed – Non-Refundable Third-Party Fees – Other Eligible Costs (if any).
